The protesters take to the streets under the banner ‘Funeral march for the victims of politics’. According to the local police, groups with a history of violence are also expected to participate in the demonstration.

November 9, 1938, marks the beginning of the November Pogroms against German Jews, the most severe attacks since the takeover of the Nazis in 1933, destroying thousands of Jewish businesses and 267 synagogues throughout Germany, Austria, and the Sudetenland. Around 800 Jews were killed during the Pogroms."
