Slovakia: 'It's going to be a tough game' - Canada coach on facing Finns in final

Canada head coach Alain Vigneault admitted that a gold medal match against Finland would be "tough" after his side beat the Czech Republic to progress to the final of the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) World Championships

"It's going to be a tough game," Vigneault told a post-match press conference in Bratislava on Tuesday.

"We're going to need a full-team effort on both parts, offensively and defensively," he added.

The Maple Leafs easily beat the Czechs 5-1 in the second semi-final to set up a repeat on the 2016 final in Moscow, which Canada won 2-1.

Finland will be hoping to repeat their victory in their opening game of this year's tournament, when they beat Canada 3-1.
