Drunken tales on display as world's first 'Hangover Museum' opens in Zagreb
The world's first Hangover Museum just opened its doors for all party lovers who can't recall details of their drunken escapades of the previous night in central Zagreb on Sunday.
The idea to collect all hangover stories in one place came to a former student Rino Dubokovic, whose "friend woke up with a bicycle pedal in his pocket" after a night out. "My idea was like why there is no some kind of museum that could collect these kinds of items and also stories behind them," Rino explained.
The museum curators say everyone can become a part of the exhibition by sharing funny or embarrassing drunk moments on the museum's Facebook page or just on a special board inside the museum.
To create the feeling of a drunken trip home, the museum will guide visitors through that frequently-forgotten route with the help of four rooms. The adventure begins at the entrance which recreates the exit of a buzzing bar, leading a party animal through empty night streets safe back home to painkillers and coffee.
