Philippines: Mass evacuations as Typhoon Kammuri hits country
About 1,680 individuals were brought to the Delpan Evacuation Center in Manila on Tuesday over fears of flooding, after Typhoon Kammuri - locally known as Typhoon Tisoy - made landfall in the south-eastern Luzon Island.
Footage shows vehicles driving in flood waters, and families, reportedly evacuated from Isla Puting Bato, at the centre.
This is the 20th typhoon to hit the Philippines this year, leading to mass evacuations in coastal and hillside areas.
According to reports, at least four people have died.
